Hey, I'm Liv 🤎

I started Pilates over three years ago, and it completely changed the way I move, feel, and connect with my body. Since then, I’ve become certified in both mat and reformer Pilates through NEU Pilates, a method that focuses on the physiotherapy side of the practice.

This blog is my space to share relatable, beginner to expert friendly Pilates content—from videos, tips, and tricks to wellness inspiration and guidance on both mat and reformer work. My goal is simple: to make Pilates feel approachable, comfortable, and welcoming, especially if you’re just starting out and don’t know where to begin.

I want you to feel like you belong in the Pilates world without needing to change yourself to “fit” the"Pilates Girl" aesthetic. Here, you’ll find content that’s thorough yet simple—breaking down movements so you can understand not just what to do, but also the deeper muscles you’re working. It’s all about building control, balance, flow, and alignment with your centre universe.
